To fold the LAOTIE ES18 Lite Electric Scooter, follow these steps:
1. Press the button on the rod to lower the position.
2. Rotate the outer ring of the handle.
3. Fold the handle.
4. Pull out the red rod.
5. Press the silver rod to lower the scooter.
6. Done.
