To set the cooking time and power level on the Avanti MT7V3S Microwave Oven, follow these steps:
1. Place the food or beverage inside the microwave and close the door.
2. Press the "Time Cook" button on the control panel.
3. Use the number keypad to enter the desired cooking time. For example, if you want to cook for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, press "2", "3", "0".
4. Press the "Power Level" button on the control panel.
5. Use the number keypad to enter the desired power level. The power levels range from 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest power level. For example, if you want to set the power level to 7, press "7".
6. Press the "Start" button to begin cooking.
