To set the countdown time on the , follow these steps:
1. Press the MIN and/or SEC buttons to enter the desired time. You can press and hold these buttons for fast advance.
2. Once you have entered the desired time, press the START/STOP button to start the countdown. The display will show "M" and "S" flashing to indicate that the timer is counting down.
3. If you need to interrupt the countdown, press the START/STOP button. Pressing it again will resume the countdown.
4. When the countdown reaches 00:00, the audio/visual alarm will sound, and the timer will start counting up. The flashing and count up will continue automatically.
5. The alarm will stop automatically after 60 seconds, but the count up will continue. To stop the alarm and the count up, press the START/STOP button. The last count will be recalled.
6. If you want to reset the timer to 00:00 when it is stopped, press both the MIN and SEC buttons simultaneously.
