To connect the TGWF500D Dimmer to your smart device, follow these steps:
1. Connect the TGWF500D Dimmer to the power source and turn on the circuit breaker.
2. Make sure your smart device (phone or tablet) is connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network that your TGWF500D Dimmer will be connecting to.
3. Search for "TOPGREENER" in the App Store or Google Play and download and install the TOPGREENER Smart App.
4. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to register and log in.
5. Navigate to the Devices tab and click on "Add Device" or the "+" button.
6. Select the device type "In-Wall Dimmer".
7. When prompted to "power on the device and confirm", press the up or down button on the TGWF500D Dimmer five times, then hold that same button on the sixth press. The LED indicator on the device will start blinking rapidly.
8. Once the LED starts blinking, press "Confirm indicator rapidly blinks" in the app.
9. Enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted and click on confirm.
10. After successfully adding the device, you can change the name of the device if desired.
Note: The app by default allows only one user to control the dimmer switch. To add additional users, go to your profile in the app and click on "Device Sharing" to follow the on-screen instructions.
