To clean the Fimar PF25EM Fresh Pasta Machine, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the machine from the mains before cleaning.
2. Do not wash the machine with a pressurized water jet.
3. Use a sponge soaked in water and suitable non-toxic neutral degreasers (pH 7) to remove any residues off the machine.
4. After each processing cycle, remove the utensils to optimally clean the machine.
5. To remove the mixer blade, put the blade in the position shown in Figure 7.2.1 of the manual. Raise the lever and remove the bar. Slide the blade upwards to remove it.
6. To remove the propeller, loosen the ring, remove the die, and remove the spiral.
7. After each kneading, ensure the propelling pivots are thoroughly cleaned so the blade and Archimedean xxxx can be properly assembled.
