To connect the Philips DPM-8000 Professional Digital Pocket Memo to your computer for data transfer and charging, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the USB cable that came with the device. It should be included in the box.
2. Connect one end of the USB cable to the USB port on your computer.
3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to the USB port on the Philips DPM-8000 Professional Digital Pocket Memo. The USB port is located on the bottom of the device.
4. Once the device is connected to your computer, it will be recognized as a removable storage device.
5. You can now transfer your audio recordings by accessing the device's storage on your computer. Simply open the device's folder and copy or drag the audio files to your desired location on your computer.
6. While connected to your computer, the Philips DPM-8000 Professional Digital Pocket Memo will also charge its battery. Make sure your computer is powered on during the charging process.
