To set the timer on the CUCKOO CRP-CHSS1009FN Cuckoo Pressure Jar Cooker, please follow these steps:
1. Press the "Menu" button to select the desired cooking menu.
2. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the cooking time.
3. Press the "Timer" button to set the desired time for the rice to be cooked.
4. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the timer.
5. Press the "Start" button to begin the cooking process with the set timer.
