Installation of the involves the following steps:
1. Ensure that the system is shut down and the pressure is released before starting the installation process.
2. Identify the correct valve size (DN 15 or DN 20) based on your system requirements.
3. Connect the valve to the system using the appropriate connections. The valve is designed for a maximum pressure of 10 bar and a maximum temperature of 100 °C.
4. Set the desired temperature range (Trange) and temperature setpoint (Tset) using the adjustment screws on the valve. The temperature range can be set between 35-60 °C, and the temperature setpoint is typically set to 50 °C.
5. Ensure that the maximum pressure drop (Δpmax) across the valve does not exceed 1 bar.
6. Once the valve is installed and the temperature settings are adjusted, the system can be restarted.
