To maintain the Aurora AU120MA Auto-Feed MicroCut Shredder, you can oil the shredder blades every month. Here is the oiling procedure:
1. Open the lid of the shredder.
2. Carefully apply shredder oil across the feed slot.
3. Close the lid and turn the shredder on in reverse mode for 3-5 seconds.
Alternatively, you can use a shredder sheet (not included) for maintenance. Simply insert the shredder sheet into the manual-feed slot the same way you would insert a piece of paper. Turn the shredder on in reverse mode for 3-5 seconds.
Note: Do not use any aerosol products or canned air on the shredder. Only use shredder oil or shredder sheets for maintenance.
