To connect the Okidata B2500-MFP Multifunction Printer to your computer, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your computer is powered on and that the printer is plugged into a power source.
2. Locate the USB cable that came with the printer.
3. Connect one end of the USB cable to the USB port on the back of the printer.
4. Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on your computer.
5. Turn on the printer by pressing the power button.
6. Wait for your computer to recognize the printer. It may automatically install the necessary drivers or prompt you to install them from the included CD or download them from the manufacturer's website.
7. Once the printer is successfully connected and the drivers are installed, you can start using the printer for printing, scanning, and copying tasks.
