To assemble the AVENTICS CL07 single valve with the base plate and valve cover, follow these steps:

1. Mounting the base plate:
   - Place the base plate on a flat and firm surface.
   - Use the threaded mounting holes on the base plate to secure it to the surface.

2. Positioning the valve and assembling the valve cover:
   - Place the valve on the base plate, ensuring that the contacts are straight and the seal is seated correctly.
   - Fasten the valve to the base plate using the provided self-tapping screws.
   - Set the manual override to position 0.
   - Mount the valve cover, making sure the seal is correctly positioned.
   - Tighten the hexagon screws on the valve cover.

3. Connecting the pneumatics:
   - Ensure that the connection labeled "R" is open and preferably equipped with a silencer.
   - Connect the "VENT" connection to a tube that exhausts the air outside the zone or use a silencer if the valve is mounted in a protected area.
   - Ensure adequate ventilation through the exhaust air connection and connection "R".

4. Connecting the electrics:
   - Make sure the system is not under voltage.
