To adjust the screen image on your ViewSonic VX2276-SMHD monitor, follow these steps:
1. Press the Menu button on the front control panel to open the OSD (On-screen Display) menu.
2. Use the up and down buttons to navigate to the "Manual Image Adjust" option and press the Menu button to select it.
3. In the Manual Image Adjust menu, you can manually adjust various image quality settings. Use the up and down buttons to navigate through the options.
4. To adjust the screen size and position, select the "H. POSITION" or "V. POSITION" option and use the left and right buttons to move the image horizontally or vertically.
5. Continue adjusting the other settings as needed, such as brightness, contrast, and color temperature, to achieve the desired image quality.
6. Once you have made the necessary adjustments, press the Menu button to exit the OSD menu.
If the image still appears stretched or distorted after adjusting the settings, make sure that the resolution and refresh rate of your computer's graphics card are set to the recommended values for the monitor (1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz). You can check and change these settings in the graphics card's control panel or display settings.
