To adjust the mixed water temperature, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the hot water source is switched on and delivering hot water at the desired temperature.
2. Remove the sticker on the adjusting xxxx of the mixing valve.
3. Unscrew the xxxx securing xxxx using a Phillips screwdriver.
4. Lift the xxxx off the adjusting spindle and replace it with the xxxx keyway (marked with a triangle on the xxxx ).
5. Move the xxxx keyway to the left of the temperature stop to raise the temperature or to the right of the temperature stop to lower the temperature. The valve must be flowing water while adjusting the outlet temperature.
6. Rotate the xxxx to select the desired temperature. Rotate clockwise to decrease the set temperature or counterclockwise to increase the set temperature.
7. Lock the new set temperature by removing the xxxx and replacing it with the xxxx keyway located on the temperature stop on the valve body. Secure the xxxx with the xxxx .
Please note that the valve can be adjusted between 90°F and 130°F. It is important to hand-test the hot water before use, especially when bathing infants and young children, to prevent scalding injuries.
