To clean the DE-DIETRICH DPI7572G Iron Grey Induction Hob, you can use a kitchen sponge with hot water for light soiling. For burnt-on food deposits or sugary spills, you can use a scouring sponge and/or a special glass cleaning scraper. Apply warm white vinegar to remove rings and limescale marks. For weekly cleaning and to keep the metal shining, use a special glass and ceramic hob cleaning product. Avoid using power or abrasive sponges and cleaning creams. Make sure to dry the hob after cleaning to prevent water spots. For the chopping block, it is recommended to oil it once a month with cooking oil and avoid wetting it when cleaning.
