To pair your TicWatch C2 Plus with your phone, follow these steps:
1. Turn on your watch and tap "start".
2. Scan the watch QR code using your phone's camera or download and install the Wear OS by Google app from the app store.
3. Follow the instructions in the app to pair your phone with your watch.
4. If you're unable to pair with the Wear OS by Google app, try resetting your watch, restarting your phone, turning Bluetooth off and on, and then try pairing again.
5. After pairing with the Wear OS by Google app, download and install the Mobvoi app from Google Play or the iOS app store.
6. Open the Mobvoi app and add your TicWatch C2 Plus as a device on the "device" page. Select the model for your smartwatch.
7. Make sure your phone is running Android 6.0 or later, or iOS 10.0 or later for compatibility.
Note: It's important to pair your watch with the Wear OS by Google app first, and then use the Mobvoi app to connect to your watch. This ensures proper functionality and connection to the Mobvoi app.
