To switch between measuring liquids and dry ingredients on the Taylor 389621 Precision Digital Kitchen Scale, follow these steps:
1. Using the touch-control buttons, turn on the scale.
2. Place the object to be weighed onto the stainless steel platform.
3. If you need to measure liquids, locate the button or function that switches the scale to liquid measurement mode. This button is typically labeled or indicated by a symbol representing a liquid.
