To calibrate the Adam EPB 2103i Equinox Precision Balance, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the balance is clean and free from any debris or substances that may affect the accuracy of the calibration.
2. Power on the balance and wait for it to stabilize.
3. Press the "Menu" button on the touchscreen to access the main menu.
4. Navigate to the "Calibration" option using the arrow keys on the touchscreen.
5. Select the desired calibration mode (e.g., internal calibration).
6. The balance will prompt you to place the appropriate calibration weight on the weighing pan. Follow the instructions and place the calibration weight on the pan.
7. Once the weight is placed, the balance will automatically detect it and perform the calibration process.
8. Wait for the calibration process to complete. The balance will display a message indicating successful calibration.
9. Remove the calibration weight from the weighing pan.
10. The balance is now calibrated and ready for use.
