To connect the iHealth Track Connected Arm Blood Pressure Monitor to the iHealth MyVitals App, follow these steps:
1. Download the iHealth MyVitals App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone.
2. Create your own iHealth account within the app.
3. Insert the batteries into the blood pressure monitor and turn it on.
4. Place your phone next to the blood pressure monitor.
5. Open the iHealth MyVitals App on your smartphone and ensure that Bluetooth is activated in your phone's settings.
6. Press the "M" (Memory) button on the blood pressure monitor. The number of saved measurements will be displayed.
7. After a few seconds, the monitor will automatically start syncing the measurements to the MyVitals App. You will see the measurement numbers decrease on the display until it reaches zero.
8. If there are no saved measurements, the display will show zero.
9. Your blood pressure readings will now be synchronized with the iHealth MyVitals App, allowing you to track, store, manage, and share your results with your family, doctor, or caregivers.
Note: It is recommended to keep your phone within close proximity to the blood pressure monitor during the synchronization process for optimal connectivity.
