To connect the Xerox Phaser 3200MFP printer and scanner to your computer, you have two connectivity options: USB and Ethernet.
1. USB Connection:
- Connect one end of the USB cable to the USB port on the back of the printer/scanner.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on your computer.
- The computer should automatically detect the printer/scanner and install the necessary drivers. If not, you can download the drivers from the Xerox website.
2. Ethernet Connection:
- Connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on the back of the printer/scanner.
- Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to an available Ethernet port on your router or network switch.
- Make sure your computer is connected to the same network as the printer/scanner.
- On your computer, go to the Control Panel or System Preferences and select "Printers & Scanners" or "Print & Fax."
- Click on the "+" button to add a new printer/scanner.
- The computer should detect the printer/scanner on the network. Select it and follow the on-screen instructions to install the necessary drivers.
