To clean the Chefman RJ16-LOCK Electric Hot Water Pot, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Wipe the exterior of the Hot Water Pot with a soft, damp cloth.
3. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on the inside or outside of the Hot Water Pot, as it can damage the appliance.
4. To clean the inner pot, prepare a mixture of 2 cups of water and 1 cup of vinegar.
5. Pour the water and vinegar mixture into the inner pot.
6. Press the reboil button to start the boiling process.
7. Let the mixture boil for a few minutes to help remove any mineral deposits or buildup.
8. After boiling, pour out the water and vinegar mixture.
9. Rinse the inner pot with clean water to remove any remaining vinegar.
10. Wipe the inner pot dry with a clean cloth.
11. Repeat this cleaning process as needed to keep the Hot Water Pot clean and free from residue.
Note: It is recommended to use filtered, non-tap water for cleaning to avoid any additional mineral deposits.
