To use the pressure cooking feature on the CUCKOO CMC-Q5 Electric Multi Pressure Cooker, please follow these steps:
1. Add ingredients: Place your desired ingredients into the inner pot of the cooker. Make sure not to exceed the maximum fill line indicated on the inner pot.
2. Close the lid: Ensure that the pressure release valve is in the "Sealing" position. Align the arrow on the lid with the unlock symbol on the cooker body, then turn the lid clockwise until it locks into place.
3. Select pressure cooking mode: Press the "Pressure Cook" button on the control panel. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the cooking time according to your recipe. The LED screen will display the selected cooking time.
4. Start cooking: Press the "Start" button to begin the pressure cooking process. The cooker will take some time to build up pressure before the cooking time starts counting down.
5. Natural release or quick release: Once the cooking time is complete, you can choose to release the pressure naturally or perform a quick release. For natural release, simply let the pressure release naturally over time. For quick release, carefully turn the pressure release valve to the "Venting" position using a long utensil. Be cautious of the hot steam.
6. Open the lid: After the pressure has been released and the float valve has dropped, it is safe to open the lid. Turn the lid counterclockwise to unlock and remove it.
