To adjust the speed of the massage head, use the speed selection button (5) on the back of the device. Click the button continuously to cycle through the speed gears. The left light indicates 1800 rpm, the middle light indicates 2100 rpm, and the right light indicates 2400 rpm. Choose the speed that is most comfortable for you.
