To assemble the ROCKLER 56889 Material Mate Panel Cart and Shop Stand, follow these steps:
1. Attach the two Casters and two Locking Casters to the Base using 1/4"-20 x 3/4" Hex Bolts, Small Washers, and 1/4"-20 Lock Nuts. Make sure to install the Locking Casters on the same end of the base.
2. Attach the four Leg Supports to the Base using M6 x 5/8" Carriage Bolts and M6 Flange Nuts.
3. Slide the Vertical Supports into the Leg Supports and secure them with M6 x 11⁄2" Carriage Bolts and M6 Flange Nuts.
4. Position the Crossbar between the Vertical Supports and attach it with M6 x 11⁄2" Carriage Bolts and M6 Flange Nuts.
5. Attach a Safety Locking Pin to the outside face of each Vertical Support using an M6 x 1/2" Machine xxxx threaded into the integral nut in the support.
6. Slide the Table Extension into the Frame Assembly, depressing the bullet pins in the Table Extension to allow it to fully insert.
7. Attach the Left and Right Flip Stops at the appropriate locations on the Table Extension with 4-Star Knobs and Medium Washers.
8. Attach the Latch Arm to the back of the Frame Assembly with 1/4"-20 x 2" Machine Screws, Small Washers, and 1/4"-20 Lock Nuts.
9. Set the Frame Assembly on the Vertical Supports, aligning the holes in the downward-facing tabs of the frame with the holes at the top of the supports. Attach with Shoulder Bolts, Large Washers, and 3/8" Lock Nuts.
10. Adjust the height of the Material Mate cart by removing the M6 x 11⁄2" Carriage Bolts and M6 Flange Nuts holding the Vertical Supports to the Leg Supports and reattaching using the sets of holes that produce the proper height. The Material Mate must be assembled so that its height, when the Frame Assembly is horizontal, is at least 1/2" below the surface of the table saw.
