To set the temperature and cooking time on the KitchenBoss G310 Sous Vide Cooker Machine, follow these steps:
1. Press the "SETTING" button on the user interface.
2. Use the "+/-" keys to adjust the temperature to your desired setting. The display will show the current temperature.
3. Press the "SETTING" button again to switch to the cooking time setting.
4. Use the "+/-" keys to adjust the cooking time to your desired setting. The display will show the current cooking time.
5. Press the "ON/OFF" button to start the cooking process.
