To assemble and attach the WORX WA4096 Gutterpro Universal Gutter Cleaning Kit to your blower, please follow these steps:
1. Determine the appropriate assembly instructions based on your blower model (Worx TURBINE, TRIVAC, WG545, or WG543).
2. Attach the Gutter Kit components as shown in the corresponding figure in the manual (Fig. A1 for Worx TURBINE, TRIVAC models and other brands blowers, Fig. A2 for WG545 models, Fig. A3 for WG543 models). Connect the specified components by screwing them together. Snap the other specified components together and tighten the xxxx (Fig. A4).
3. Assemble the Gutter Tube Adaptor by fitting it to the motor housing (Fig. B1). Tighten the xxxx to secure it (Fig. B1.1). Ensure that the gutter tube adaptor is firmly secured.
4. Assemble the Universal Adaptor by placing the fabric side over the blower outlet and sliding it on as far as possible (Fig. B2). For Worx TURBINE models, place the fabric side over the outlet of the Fan Housing and slide it on as far as possible (Fig. B2.1). For Worx TRIVAC models, place the fabric side over the Vacuum Outlet and slide it on as far as possible (Fig. B2.2). Before operation, flip the blow/vac switch into the vacuum mode.
5. Check that the strap is threaded through the locking mechanism. Pull the strap to tighten it (Fig. B3). Increase the tension by pulling the latch up and down (Fig. B4). To loosen, press the two outside latches down and pull the strap out from the other side (Fig. B5).
6. Test that the Universal Adaptor will not slide off the blower outlet. If further tightening is needed, pull the middle latch up and down until the adaptor is tight. Recheck if it will slide off the blower outlet. Realign and repeat these steps if necessary (Fig. B4). To remove the adaptor, press the two outside latches down and loosen the strap (Fig. B5).
7. Use only enough Gutter Tube Extensions to comfortably reach the inside of the gutter.
8. If you have the WG543 model, follow the additional steps to assemble the Blower Tube Adaptor. Press the Nozzle Release Button to remove the Airspeed Selector Nozzle from the Blower Tube (Fig. C1). Slide the Blower Tube adaptor on and ensure it firmly locks into position (Fig. C2, C3).
9. Finally, attach the Gutter Kit and operate according to the instructions provided in Fig. D.
