To install the PHILIPS 575605 Inara Outdoor Wall Light, follow these steps:
1. Before starting the installation, make sure to turn off the power to the area where you will be working.
2. Gather the necessary tools for installation.
3. Strip the wires to the appropriate length. For wires #16 and smaller, strip 3/8" (9.5mm), and for larger wires, strip 5/16" (7.9mm).
4. It is not necessary to pre-twist the wires. Simply hold the stripped wires together with the ends even.
5. If you are working with stranded wires, slightly lead them to ensure proper connection.
6. Align any frayed strands or conductors to ensure a secure connection.
7. Push the wires into the wire connector and xxxx it on until two twists are visible in the wires.
8. The wire connector is suitable for use with copper to copper conductors.
9. The wire connector has a temperature rating of 105°C (221°F) maximum and a voltage rating of 600V maximum for building wiring and 1000V maximum in fixtures and signs.
10. The wire connector is listed as a pressure-type wire connector for the specified solid and/or stranded wire combinations mentioned in the manual.
