To install the wheel kit on the DuroStar DS4000S Portable Generator, follow these steps:
1. Install support legs:
- Secure the support legs to the frame using the provided bolts and lock nuts.
2. Install wheels:
a. Secure the axle bracket welded to the axle to the frame using the provided bolts and lock nuts.
b. Secure the loose axle bracket to the frame using the provided bolts and lock nuts.
c. Slide one wheel over each axle end and secure them with the provided retaining pins.
3. Install handle (optional):
- Position the lower handle lock on the frame and secure it with a bolt.
- Insert the upper handle bracket and secure it with the provided bolts.
- Insert the handle into the upper bracket and secure it with a pin.
- Insert and secure the retaining pin.
4. Test handle pivot:
- After installation, the handle should easily flip up and down.
