Step 1: Open the dump box and disconnect the shock by removing the coder pin and pin. This will allow a few more inches of space while installing the exhaust.
Step 2: Loosen the clamp on the heat shield with a flat-blade screwdriver, you do not need to remove this clamp.
Step 3: Loosen the exhaust clamp from the header pipe, joining the OEM muffler.
Step 4: Loosen (2) bolts holding the OEM muffler in place. You will need a 13mm socket and an open-end wrench. Note: on the driver's side, you will see a rubber grommet and aluminum bushing, keep this for installation.
Step 5: Once everything is loose, remove the OEM muffler.
Step 6: Place the newly supplied exhaust clamp onto the new EVP magnum exhaust before installing it.
Step 7: Install the Magnum muffler into the car, and push the magnum into the header pipe until the (2) securing bolt holes line up.
Step 8: Install the (2) 13mm head socket bolts securing the Magnum back into position. Keep them hand-tight for now.
Step 9: Install the flame arrestor into the Magnum exhaust.
Step 10: Install the supplied exhaust gasket onto the Magnum exhaust. Note: Make sure the indent goes on the flame arrestor side.
Step 11: Grab the Magnum tip and (3) supplied bolts and mount the tip onto the Magnum. Hand-tighten the nuts on the backside.
Step 12: Once everything is together, go back through and tighten everything from the heat shield, and exhaust clamp, (2) securing bolts on the Magnum, and (3) bolts securing the exhaust tip.
Step 13: Reconnect the shock to the rear cargo box.
