To switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature settings on the Cuisinart CSG-200 Infrared and Folding Grilling Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Before closing the battery cover, locate the switch next to the battery holder on the back of the thermometer.
2. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to loosen the xxxx and carefully pull the battery compartment cover for easy removal.
3. Place one AAA battery (not included) in the battery compartment and secure the battery cover with the xxxx .
4. The thermometer's default temperature setting is Fahrenheit. If you want to use Celsius, switch the setting on the switch next to the battery holder to Celsius.
5. Close the battery cover and tighten the xxxx .
6. Power on the thermometer, and it will display the temperature in the selected unit (Fahrenheit or Celsius).
Please note that it is important to switch the temperature setting before closing the battery cover. Once the thermometer is powered on, it will display the temperature in the selected unit.
