To select the appropriate heat setting for your hair type using the Babyliss 2165CE Hair Curler, follow these steps:
1. Ensure your hair is dry and combed through to remove any tangles.
2. Press the button marked 'I' to switch on the curler. Both the red and green lights will flash.
3. Rotate the temperature dial to choose a heat setting suitable for your hair type. The green and red lights will continue to flash until the selected temperature is reached.
4. Once the temperature has been reached, the green light will remain solid in color.
5. It is recommended to start with the lowest heat setting and increase the temperature gradually until you achieve the desired result.
6. Refer to the temperature guide provided in the manual for a general idea of the temperature range for each heat setting.
7. If you have delicate, fine, bleached, or colored hair, it is advisable to use the lower heat settings. For thicker hair, you can use the higher heat settings.
8. Always perform a test on a small section of hair before using higher heat settings to ensure the correct temperature is suitable for your hair type.
9. Remember to allow the hair to cool before styling and always unplug the appliance after use.
Please note that the temperature guide provided in the manual is a general guideline, and it is important to assess your hair's individual needs and tolerance to heat.
