To install the GoPro STMD1 WiFi Bluetooth Module, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the module is intended for OEM installation only and is limited to installation in mobile or fixed applications.
2. Make sure to comply with FCC Part 15.31 (h) and (k) regulations. The host manufacturer is responsible for additional testing to verify compliance as a composite system.
3. Install the antenna in a way that maintains a distance of 20 cm between the antenna and users.
4. The transmitter module should not be co-located with any other transmitter or antenna.
5. To comply with FCC/IC regulations, the maximum antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed the specified values for each frequency band.
6. If the above conditions cannot be met, the FCC/IC authorization is no longer valid, and a separate FCC/IC authorization is required.
7. For ISED compliance, the device must accept any interference received and should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiator and the user's body.
8. The device is restricted to indoor use only in the 5150 to 5350 MHz frequency range.
9. Ensure that the final end product is labeled with the appropriate FCC ID or IC ID.
10. The OEM integrator should not provide information on how to install or remove the RF module in the user's manual of the end product. The end user manual should include all required regulatory information and warnings.
