To engage the 'Safety Lock' feature on the VonHaus 2000157 Induction Hob, press and hold the '-' and '+' buttons at the same time. This will activate the safety lock and prevent any changes to the settings. To unlock the safety lock, simply repeat the process by pressing and holding the '-' and '+' buttons simultaneously. This feature is useful to prevent accidental changes to the settings while the hob is in use.
