There could be a few reasons why your Humidifier is not connecting to WiFi. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Double-check the password: Make sure you have entered the correct WiFi password. Check for any typos or incorrect characters.
2. Check proximity to the router: Ensure that your Humidifier and mobile device are close to the router. Being too far away can weaken the WiFi signal.
3. Use a 2.4GHz WiFi network: Confirm that you are connecting to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. The Ultenic H8 App does not support the 5GHz band.
If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, you can try the following additional troubleshooting steps:
1. Reset the device: Press and hold the button on the Humidifier for more than 5 seconds until the indicator light flashes. Then try connecting to WiFi again.
2. Remove and reconfigure the device: Remove the Humidifier from the Ultenic App and go through the setup process again to reconfigure the device.
If the problem persists, you may want to reach out to Ultenic customer service for further assistance. You can contact them via email at service-us@ultenic.com (for customers in the United States).
