To adjust the height of the Acer Nitro XV320QU WQHD Gaming LCD Monitor, follow these steps:
1. Locate the stand of the monitor.
2. Hold the monitor firmly with one hand and use the other hand to grip the stand.
3. Press the release button or lever on the stand to unlock the height adjustment feature.
