To adjust the height and tilt of the ASUS ROG Strix XG309CM Gaming Monitor, please follow the steps below:
1. Locate the stand of the monitor at the back.
2. To adjust the height, hold the monitor firmly with one hand and use the other hand to press the height adjustment button located on the stand.
3. While holding the button, gently lift or lower the monitor to the desired height.
4. Release the button to lock the monitor in place at the desired height.
To adjust the tilt of the monitor:
1. Hold the monitor firmly with one hand and use the other hand to grasp the top edge of the monitor.
2. Gently tilt the monitor forward or backward to the desired angle.
3. Release the monitor to lock it in the adjusted tilt position.
