To adjust the height of the ViewSonic VA3456-MHDJ UltraWide 1440p IPS Monitor, follow these steps:
1. Locate the height adjustment feature on the monitor stand. It is usually located on the back of the stand near the bottom.
2. Firmly hold the base of the monitor with one hand to stabilize it.
3. With your other hand, grip the height adjustment mechanism and gently pull it upwards or push it downwards to adjust the height of the monitor.
4. Release the height adjustment mechanism once you have reached your desired height.
5. Ensure that the monitor is stable and securely positioned at the adjusted height.
