To change the unit of measurement on the NORMANN ASK-266 Kitchen Scale, follow these steps:
1. Press the "ON/TARE" button to turn on the scale.
2. Wait for the display to show "0".
3. Press the "MODE" button to cycle through the available units of measurement. The scale supports grams (g), ounces (oz), pounds and ounces (lb'oz), milliliters (ml), and fluid ounces (fl'oz).
4. Stop pressing the "MODE" button when the desired unit of measurement is displayed.
5. The scale will now weigh in the selected unit of measurement.
