To change the sanding sheet on the BOSCH PSM 100, follow these steps:
1. Remove any dirt and dust from the sanding plate before attaching a new sanding sheet. You can use a brush to clean the plate.
2. Ensure that the punched holes in the sanding sheet are aligned with the drilled holes in the sanding plate. This is important for optimum dust extraction.
3. The sanding plate is equipped with a hook-and-loop fastening system. Tap the hook-and-loop fastening of the sanding plate to facilitate maximum adhesion.
4. Position the sanding sheet so that it is flush with one side of the sanding plate. Then, place the sanding sheet on the sanding plate and press it on firmly.
5. To remove the sanding sheet, take hold of it by an edge and pull it away from the sanding plate.
Note: The BOSCH PSM 100 comes with two sanding sheets. Make sure to use both sanding sheets when using the power tool. Also, only use sanding sheets with the same grit.
Please refer to the instruction manual for more detailed information and illustrations on changing the sanding sheet.
