To clean the Clatronic ST 3477 Sandwich Toaster, follow these steps:
1. Always pull out the plug from the main socket before cleaning and wait until the unit has cooled down.
2. Do not immerse the device in water as it could result in an electric shock or fire.
3. Remove any food residues from the baking surfaces while they are still warm with a damp cloth or paper towel.
4. Wash off the baking surfaces with a soft sponge and soapy water.
5. Rinse the baking surfaces with clean water and dry them thoroughly with a soft cloth.
6. After drying, apply a thin film of edible oil to the baking surfaces.
7. Clean the housing of the sandwich toaster with a slightly damp cloth.
Please note the following cautions:
- Do not use any wire brush or other abrasive objects.
- Do not use any acidic or abrasive detergents.
