To properly install the SUPERATV RZR XP 1000 Mega Keller Ball Joints, follow these steps:
1. Before discarding the packaging, ensure that the product has been successfully installed.
2. SuperATV recommends using moly based extreme pressure grease for lubrication.
3. If applicable, use anti-seize on the threads of the ball joints.
4. To prevent the boots from collapsing under mud pressure and provide additional sealing, fill the boots with grease before installing.
5. When greasing the ball joint, use a needle nose adapter for easier access.
6. It is important to note that SuperATV's products are designed to fit the ATV/UTV under stock conditions. Modifying or adding any factory or aftermarket parts may void the warranty provided by SuperATV and is not recommended. If you have aftermarket products on your machine, it is advisable to contact SuperATV to verify compatibility.
7. Installing lift kits, long travel or suspension kits, tires, etc., may change the ride of the machine and increase maintenance and part wear. It is important to be aware of these potential changes.
8. Operating any off-road machine under the influence of alcohol or drugs significantly increases the risk of bodily harm or death. SuperATV urges operators and occupants to wear a helmet and appropriate riding gear at all times.
9. By purchasing and installing SuperATV products, you agree that SuperATV will not be held responsible for any damages, loss of time, use, labor fees, replacement parts, or freight charges. SuperATV and any third party will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from any product purchased from SuperATV.
10. SuperATV will only warranty parts provided by SuperATV. Any damage or problems with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers' products will not be covered by SuperATV. Warranty coverage is also void if the item was not installed properly, misused, or modified.
11. It is important to be aware that installing, adding, modifying, or fabricating any factory or aftermarket product to your ATV/UTV may violate certain local, state, and federal laws. Laws vary depending on the location, and it is your responsibility to know and abide by these laws.
12. The buyer is responsible for fully understanding the capability and limitations of their vehicle according to manufacturer specifications, warnings, and instructions. Failure to adhere to these specifications, warnings, and instructions may result in damage, and the buyer agrees to hold SuperATV harmless in such cases. The buyer is also responsible for obeying all applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances when operating the vehicle with this product, and agrees to hold SuperATV harmless from any violations.
