To clean the Steba Premium Raclette Rc 7 Black Steel, follow these steps:
1. Make sure to unplug the device and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
2. Do not immerse the unit in water.
3. Use a damp cloth to clean the basic appliance. Make sure no water gets inside the appliance.
4. Soak the gourmet pans in water with a little washing-up liquid if necessary.
5. For the non-stick grill plate (for RC 8), wash it in water with washing-up liquid.
6. For the stainless steel grill plate, soak it in water with washing-up liquid. Residues can be removed with a sponge. The stainless steel grill plate is dishwasher safe.
It is important to note that aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents should not be used. Cleaning the appliance while it is still warm is easier. Regular cleaning is recommended to avoid bacteria and mold formation.
