To set the time on the Sinn 556 I B Men's Watch, please follow these steps:
1. Unscrew the crown: The crown is located on the side of the watch case. To unscrew it, turn it counterclockwise until it pops out slightly.
2. Set the date (if applicable): If your watch has a date function, pull the crown out to the first position and rotate it clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the date. Push the crown back in once the desired date is set.
3. Set the time: Pull the crown out to the second position and rotate it clockwise or counterclockwise to set the correct time. Make sure to set the time to the appropriate hour and minute.
4. Push the crown back in: Once the time is set, push the crown back in and xxxx it clockwise until it is securely fastened to ensure water resistance.
Please note that the Sinn 556 I B Men's Watch is equipped with a self-winding mechanism, so regular wear should keep the watch running. However, if the watch has stopped or is running slow, you can manually wind it by turning the crown clockwise in its normal position for about 20 to 30 times.
