To install the DYNOJET PC6-10007 Power Commander 6 on a 2015-2017 Aprilia Tuono, please follow the steps below:
1. Remove the seat and fuel tank.
2. Unplug the stock wiring harness from the ECU.
3. Remove the ECU tray by removing the three screws.
4. Remove the air box lid, velocity stacks, and air filter.
5. Remove the lower half of the air box by squeezing the three pins to remove it.
6. Unplug the stock wiring harness from each of the four injectors.
7. Clean the surfaces with the alcohol swab provided and secure the PC6 to the side of the battery using the supplied Velcro.
8. Connect the ground wire from the PC6 module to the negative (-) terminal on the battery.
9. Route the PC6 harness along the sub-frame towards the throttle bodies.
10. Plug the connectors from the PC6 in-line with the fuel injectors and stock wiring harness. The orange wire goes to table #1 (stock brown connector), the yellow wire goes to table #2 (stock gray connector), the green wire goes to table #3 (stock black connector), and the blue wire goes to table #4 (stock green connector).
11. Locate and unplug the crank position sensor connectors. The 3-pin black connector pair is located on the right side of the engine.
12. Plug the 3-pin connectors from the PC6 in-line with the stock crank position sensor connectors.
13. Reinstall the air box, velocity stacks, and air filter.
14. Cut back about 1-inch of tape from the stock ECU harness for the larger connector.
15. Attach the black/white wire from the PC6 to the stock green/black wire of the stock wiring harness.
16. Attach the gray wire from the PC6 to the stock yellow/black wire of the stock wiring harness.
17. Reinstall the ECU, fuel tank, and seat.
18. Download the latest map files from the DYNOJET website at dynojet.com/tunes.
