To start the Wallas 88DU PI Thermo Control Panel for cooking, follow these steps:
1. Press the Power Button (3) for 3 seconds until the yellow power light comes on.
2. Release the button and the yellow heating light will appear.
3. Wait for approximately 5 minutes until the red combustion light lights up, indicating that the burner flame has been ignited and the combustion has stabilized.
4. The stove will be fully operational about 10 minutes later.
5. The stove is set to always start in Manual Mode for cooking.
6. In Manual Mode, turn the Temperature/Power xxxx (2) to the maximum level 6 and begin cooking.
7. Adjust the Temperature/Power xxxx to a lower temperature if needed, similar to adjusting a domestic stove.
8. When Manual Mode for cooking is on, the orange Thermostat light (5) will be off.
