To upgrade your AirCheck G2 WiFi Tester to version 5.2, you have two options:
1. Over the Network (Requires software version 3.0.0 or above):
- Ensure that your AirCheck G2 is "claimed" in Link-Live.com.
- Connect your AirCheck G2 to an Ethernet port.
- Press the "Settings" button on the AirCheck G2 home screen.
- Select the "Link-Live" option.
- Press the "Check for Software Update" button.
- Follow the prompts to upgrade your unit to the v5.2 software.
2. AirCheck G2 Manager:
- Download the AirCheck G2 Manager v3.1.485 software from the support page at NetAlly.com (https://www.link-live.com/downloads), and install it on a PC.
- Download a copy of the AirCheck G2 v5.2 software (https://www.link-live.com/downloads), and save it on a computer where the AirCheck G2 Manager v3.1.485 is installed.
- Launch the AirCheck G2 Manager v3.1.485.
- Attach your AirCheck G2 unit to your computer using the USB micro cable supplied with the unit.
- In AirCheck G2 Manager v3.1.485, go to the Device Info screen and select the "Update AirCheck G2 Firmware..." button.
- Follow the prompts to upgrade your unit to the v5.2 software.
