To connect the Canon TS5300 Home Office Printer to your Wi-Fi network, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your printer is turned on and in a ready state.
2. On your printer's control panel, navigate to the Wi-Fi setup menu. This can typically be accessed by pressing the Wi-Fi button or the Settings button followed by the Wi-Fi option.
3. Select the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to from the available network list. If your network is not listed, select "Other Network" and manually enter the network name (SSID) and password.
4. If prompted, enter the password for your Wi-Fi network using the printer's control panel. Use the arrow keys or the touch screen (if available) to navigate and enter the characters.
5. Once the correct password is entered, the printer will attempt to connect to the Wi-Fi network. This process may take a few moments.
6. Once the connection is established, the printer will display a confirmation message on its control panel.
