To unlock the controls on the amzchef SK-CB14 Single Induction Cooker, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the induction cooker is turned on.
2. Touch and hold the keylock control for 3 seconds.
3. The display screen will show "Loc" to indicate that the controls are locked.
4. To unlock the controls, touch and hold the keylock control for 3 seconds again.
5. The display screen will no longer show "Loc" and the controls will be unlocked.
