To charge the battery of the Canon SX280 HS PowerShot SX280 Digital Camera, follow these steps:
1. Insert the battery into the battery charger (CB-2LY) provided in the package.
2. Plug the charger into a power outlet.
3. The charger's indicator light will turn on, indicating that the battery is charging.
4. Wait for the battery to fully charge. The indicator light will turn off once the charging process is complete.
5. Remove the battery from the charger and insert it into the camera.
