To reset the ioGiant R1 AX1800 Dual Band Wi-Fi 6 Router to factory default settings, you can follow either of the two methods below:
Method 1:
1. Ensure that the router is fully powered on.
2. Locate the RESET button on the back of the router.
3. Use a pin or a needle-like object to press and hold the RESET button for 8 seconds until the Power LED blinks.
4. Release the RESET button. The router will now be reset to its factory default settings.
Method 2:
1. Access the web management page of the router by opening a web browser on a device connected to the router.
2. Enter http://iogiantwifi.com in the address bar and press Enter.
3. Log in to the web management page using your login credentials.
4. Go to System Settings > Reboot and Reset.
5. Click on the "Reset" button. The router will restore back to factory default settings automatically.
Please note that performing a factory reset will erase all the customized settings on your router and revert it to the original default settings. After the reset, you will need to set up the router again according to your preferences.
