To set the programmable feature on the West Bend CMWB12BK13 Drip Coffee Maker, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the coffee maker is plugged in and the clock is set to the correct time.
2. Press the "Program" button on the control panel. The display will show the current programmed time.
3. Use the hour and minute buttons to set the desired brewing time. Press the "Program" button again to confirm the time.
